Toilet sink had drainage issues that took minutes to clear!!! Steep and slippery stairs not ideal for kids or those with mobility issues!!! Communication before arrival was frustrating and slow!!!

Families seeking comfort
We had these lovely comfy mattresses, I mean they were amazing after a full day of walking. And the sound isolation—like a fortress! You could barely hear the guests above or below us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still within a reasonable range, you know?

The Deluxe Suite with Terrace was really spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds were super comfy, perfect for recharging after exploring Bruges. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the balcony views were a highlight! Just a heads up, the stairs are pretty steep, so keep that in mind if you're traveling with kids.
